All reusable building materials are segregated, cleaned and donated to Habitat for Humanity, and other charities, for reuse in homes in the Texas Hill Country.

Younger Homes® will give back to the community by funding and building energy efficient homes that are both affordable and sustainable for families with young children who are currently living in an unhealthy home or environment. Young children are the most vulnerable to environmental health impacts.

Protect and preserve the Texas Hill Country from non-environmentally sustainable community development in the Texas Hill Country. We want all developers to strive to meet specific sustainability criteria eventually, and to lead the movement by example.
