Northlake Hope Center Big Event
Giving back to our community through servant leadership is rooted deep in our culture at Younger Homes. As the founder of the second annual Northlake Hope Center Big Event, we partnered with the Hope Center to lead 500 volunteers in completing 50 service projects. Together with community volunteers and trade partners, we made a generational impact in our community, using our time, talents, and treasures to help those in need.

Housing 2.0 Workshop and Austin Chapter of Building Science and Beer
In our pursuit of excellence, our team engaged in a Housing 2.0 workshop with Sam Rashkin, a former architect from the Department of Energy. Additionally, we are a founding member of the Austin chapter of BS and Beer, furthering our commitment to sharing best practices and technical knowledge with our building colleagues locally in Austin, Texas.

The Lodge: A Showcase of Craftsmanship and Available for Purchase
Our first spec home, The Lodge, located in The Hollows on Lake Travis, quickly found its new owner - but the good news is, we have 6 more homes available to purchase in 2024! This 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home not only exemplifies our dedication to designing to the natural environment, but also prioritizes zero-ready energy and indoor air quality and holds an Energy Star certification.
